In 2010 English Australia is piloting a program of small-scale classroom-based action research projects by teachers, for teachers, largely funded by the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations. The aims of the program are:

  1. to equip teachers with the skills to enable them to explore and address identified teaching challenges in the context of Australian ELICOS; and
  2. to share outcomes of this research in the form of presentations at local events and at the English Australia conference, as well as through publication.
